Standard delivery

UK  – Standard delivery charges range between £2.99 and a maximum of £5.99 (UK Mainland, Scottish Highlands & N. Ireland). Small parcels are dispatched by Royal Mail First Class (usually a 1-2 day service) and larger parcels with a 48 hour parcel service. (Highlands 72 hour service). Heavier (non Royal Mail) parcels to offshore UK islands charged at the cost to us. Some parcels which are light but measure over 61cm packaged length, may be dispatched on a 3-5 day non Royal Mail service. Ireland  – Standard delivery charges range between €3.99 and a maximum of €8.99. Smaller parcels are dispatched by Royal Mail Airmail (usually 3-4 days) and larger parcels with a 24 hour parcel service. For smaller parcels an option is offered at checkout to upgrade to next day “Express delivery”. Western Europe - Delivery charges start at €3.99 and vary depending on the weight and volume of the parcel. Smaller parcels are dispatched by Royal Mail Airmail (usually 3-4 days) and larger parcels with a parcel service. (4-5 days depending on destination). Some longer items may exceed the maximum dimensions for our standard services, in which case we will contact you to quote for possible alternitive services.

Eastern Europe-  Delivery charges start at €3.99 and vary depending on the weight and volume of the parcel. Smaller parcels are dispatched by Royal Mail Airmail (usually 6-7 days) and larger parcels with a parcel service. (6-8 days depending on destination). Some longer items may exceed the maximum dimensions for our standard services, in which case we will contact you to quote for possible alternitive services.

N. America - Delivery charges start at US$4.99 and vary depending on the weight and volume of the parcel. Smaller parcels are dispatched by Royal Mail Airmail (usually 7- 10 days) and larger parcels with a parcel service. (3-7 days depending on destination). The actual charge and delivery time for your order can be calculated using the "delivery estimator" button at the bottom of the “My basket” page. These details will also be shown at checkout. Some longer items may exceed the maximum dimensions for our standard services, in which case we will contact you to quote for possible alternitive services.

Rest of the world- Delivery charges start at £2.99 (approx AU$4.50 / US$4.99) and vary depending on the weight and volume of the parcel. Smaller parcels are dispatched by Royal Mail Airmail (usually 7- 14 days) and larger parcels with a parcel service. (7-14 days depending on destination). The actual charge and delivery time for your order can be calculated using the "delivery estimator" button at the bottom of the “My basket” page. These details will also be shown at checkout. Dispatch time for standard delivery - orders received before 2pm on working days are usually dispatched the same day. Weekend orders are dispatched Monday and orders during holidays are dispatched the day we return. We will keep you informed of the progress of your order and will usually give you a tracking number on dispatch. Most Standard Deliveries will need to be signed for on receipt.

Express Delivery - Mainland UK & Ireland only 
Delivery guaranteed by 5.30pm on the day following dispatch. (Available for orders placed before 1pm). Some longer items may exceed the maximum dimensions for our usual express services, in which case we will contact you to quote for possible alternitive services.
 

Dispatch time for Express delivery - we give priority to Express Delivery orders to ensure same day dispatch.  If placing an order after 1pm please contact us to check if same day dispatch is possible. Delivery day for Express delivery orders placed after 1pm on a Thursday will usually be Monday but it may be possible to arrange Saturday delivery by contacting us. Guaranteed next morning delivery may also be arranged by contacting us. (Saturday and morning deliveries incur extra charges) 

Weekend orders are dispatched Monday and orders during holidays are dispatched the day we return. We will keep you informed of the progress of your order and will give you a tracking number on dispatch. All Express Deliveries will need to be signed for on receipt.

Delivery addresses - Registered customers can specify different delivery addresses in "My Account", (for example a place of work). This may be a more convenient way to provide the signature usually required on delivery.

We can only deliver to an address, not a named individual. When no one is available to accept the item, a card will be left informing you of the alternative delivery options available. For buildings with multiple occupancy, the complete address must contain business name or department details. On occasions our carriers may deliver to a neighbouring address and a card will be left giving you details.

We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please contact us before ordering for delivery to a BFPO address.

Delays - All of the above delivery time estimates are based on information given to us by the delivery companies concerned. In the vast majority of cases these prove to be accurate, but on occasions, particularly around national holidays and times of adverse weather, these may vary. It is not possible for us to arrange delivery at a specific time of day.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases and provide a no quibble, 14 day returns promise. Just return the order to the address on the invoice and we will refund you as soon as it arrives with us.

Please check your goods immediately on receipt. If the package is obviously damaged, please give details on the delivery note if you are asked to sign one at time of delivery. Claims for items damaged in transit must be received within 3 days of delivery. If after delivery, any of the goods are found to be faulty or not as ordered, please contact us to arrange for return, refund or replacement at our expense.

If you wish to return all or part of your order which is undamaged and as ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange this. The carriage costs incurred will be at your expense and we can advise of the most cost effective method.
