Standard Delivery   

Free on purchases over £100, otherwise between £2.99 and £5.99 depending on weight. Actual charges for your order can be calculated using the "delivery estimator" button at the bottom of the “My basket” page. 

 

UK mainland – 48 hour service Royal Mail First Class or DPD  (Highlands & Islands 3 -4 day)

 
Ireland (North & South) - next day service with DPD Ireland

 

Standard Delivery orders received before 2pm on working days are usually dispatched the same day. Weekend orders are dispatched Monday and orders during holidays are dispatched the day we return. We will keep you informed of the progress of your order and will usually give you a tracking number on dispatch. Most Standard Deliveries will need to be signed for on receipt.

 

 

Express Delivery 

Delivery guaranteed by 1pm on the day after dispatch for most Mainland areas of the UK. Highlands & Islands vary - click here for details.

 

Actual charges for your order can be calculated using the "delivery estimator" button at the bottom of the “My basket” page.  

 

We give priority to Express Delivery orders to ensure same day dispatch of orders placed before 2pm on a working day.  If placing an order after this please phone us on 028 7032 7070 to check if same day dispatch is possible.  

 

Weekend orders are dispatched Monday and orders during holidays are dispatched the day we return. We will keep you informed of the progress of your order and will give you a tracking number on dispatch. All Express Deliveries will need to be signed for on receipt.

 

All of the above delivery time estimates are based on information given to us by the delivery companies concerned. In the vast majority of cases these prove to be accurate, but on occasions, particularly around Christmas and times of adverse weather, these may vary. We cannot specify an exact delivery time. 

 

 

Delivery addresses
Registered customers can specify different delivery addresses in "My Account", (for example a place of work). This may be a more convenient way to provide the signature usually required on delivery.

 

We can only deliver to an address, not a named individual. When no one is available to accept the item, a card will be left informing you of the alternative delivery options available. For buildings with multiple occupancy, the complete address must contain business name or department details. On occasions our carriers may deliver to a neighbouring address and a card will be left giving you details.

 

We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please contact us before ordering for delivery to a BFPO address.

 

 

Cost of delivery and packaging
Delivery of orders and provision of the necessary packaging, are charged at our cost price or less. It is our policy not to profit from these. We will always do everything we can to ensure your order reaches you in good condition.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

All transaction information on our site is processed by Sage Pay (formerly Protx) and is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent from Sage Pay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing you pass to the Sage Pay servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information

 

Privacy
We may collect the following information:
• name and job title
• contact information including email address
• demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests
• other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers

 

What we do with the information we gather
We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

• We may periodically send promotional email about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.

How we use cookies

• When giving your details at account sign up you will have the option to choose to receive notification of special offers and our newsletter. Leave the box unticked if you do not wish to receive this information from us.

We will never sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. If you have subscribed to our newsletter we may send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting. You may unsubscribe from our newsletter mailings at any time in "My Account"

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. A small fee will be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please write to Floristry Warehouse, Mahood Floral Ltd, Loguestown Ind Estate, Coleraine, BT52 2NS.

If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

Returns and replacements

 

Faulty or incorrect items
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases and provide a no quibble 30 day guarantee. Please check your goods immediately on receipt. If the package is obviously damaged, please give details on the delivery note if you are asked to sign one at time of delivery. Claims for items damaged in transit must be received within 3 days of delivery. If after delivery, any of the goods are found to be faulty or not as ordered, please contact us to arrange for return, refund or replacement at our expense.

 

All other items
If you wish to return all or part of your order which is undamaged and as ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to arrange this. The carriage costs incurred will be at your expense and we can advise of the most cost effective method.

The price paid for the goods will be refunded but not the original carriage to get them to you. The returned items must be in the same condition as you received them and suitable for resale. Items which have been used, soiled, damaged or removed from their original packaging cannot be returned. Items should be adequately packed for transport since refunds will only be given for those received by us in good condition as stated above.

Please ensure the returned items are clearly labeled with your name, address and returns number given to you when you contacted us to arrange the return.

Ordering

Product sizes can be difficult to measure exactly or may vary between batches. Although we measure as accurately as possible, stated sizes should be considered as approximate.  

 

Product colours may vary from their appearance in the photographs. This will be determined largely by the settings of your monitor. If getting a specific colour is vital to you, we suggest you first order a small quantity of the product to ensure suitability. Slight colour variations can also occur between batches of a product.

 

Product availability
All agreements of your offer to purchase goods are entirely subject to their availability. Our acknowledgment of order acceptance via e-mail or web is not a guarantee of delivery. If a small percentage of your order is out of stock, we will dispatch what is available, allowing you to reorder the missing items at a later date as required. If a significant proportion of your order is out of stock, we will contact you with a delivery date and give you the option to cancel all or part of the order. Occasionally if an ordered product is unavailable, we may contact you offering an alternative product.

This agreement between us is only confirmed when we have accepted your offer to purchase the goods and have sent you an invoice or dispatch receipt that includes the date of the agreement being accepted which will be the date shown on said invoice or receipt. Ownership of goods does not pass to buyer until all outstanding amounts are paid in full

 

Customs
When ordering goods from us for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

 In which currency will my payment be taken?

Your payment will be taken in the one selected by you and shown in the Basket and Checkout area. If you wish to change the currency of your payment just use the currency selector near the top right of the screen.

 

Which areas are included in Express delivery before 1pm?

This service can deliver most items the next working day by 1pm on Mondays to Fridays (except public and bank holidays). Sometimes delivery is possible on Saturdays if the item arrives at your local delivery office that day, but delivery can't be guaranteed..
